TASK FORCES

The purpose of each task force is to design and plan activities related to a specific aspect of one of the Center’s goals. Each task force includes public school and university educators and meets once a month for about 2 hours. Members of the task force receive small stipends for their work, reimbursement for travel, and school districts will be reimbursed for substitutes should that be necessary. The two current Task Forces are Recruitment and Retention, and the Written-Taught-Tested Curriculum.
